The Office is currently updating the Davao City Comprehensive Land Use Plan 2013-2022 and its Zoning Ordinance with the guidance of the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board Region XI The Comprehensive Development Plan 2018-2022 was recently completed and awaiting approval of the City Council.
